At Patti Thotti, we value and care for your health and take abundant measures to deliver your products at your doorstep in impeccable quality. We take all necessary precautions to ensure that the products are shipped and delivered to you in an intact condition. The products are shipped in a secure eSafe package to do all we can at our end to ensure that the plant bears the rigors of transit.
We have partnered with third-party delivery/ courier services to help us deliver the products to you. We have also worked closely with our delivery partners and have sensitized them of the delicate nature of the products and consequent extra precautions and care to be taken while delivering the products.
A consolidated shipping fee towards the delivery of the products may be charged to you, on per order basis in the future. Shipping fees may be different for different products, basis the nature, weight, and volume of the products ordered by you. The shipping fees shall be clearly and specifically mentioned on Jehovah Traders website and informed to you at the time of placing the order. You shall be responsible for the payment of the shipping fees, and the same shall be non-refundable.
Given the varied nature of the products available on the Patti Thotti website, the time taken for delivery may be different for different products. We shall inform you of the tentative time of delivery of the product on the product-specific page on the Patti Thotti website.
If your place locating inside tamilnadu, we are delivering the parcel within 3 working days. Other than state except tamilnadu, we are delivering the parcel within 5 to 7 working days. We will also keep you informed about the status of your shipment/ delivery, on a time-to-time basis, through e-mail. We shall inform you when the product is ready to be dispatched and shall share a tentative date of delivery at your address.
Once the product is shipped through our delivery partner, we shall share the tracking/ airwaybill number with you which could be used to track the shipment on the website of the delivery partner.
We shall deliver the products at the address provided by you at the time of placing the order. Changes in the address for delivery may not be possible post confirmation of the order by us.
We try our best to ensure that the products reach you in the best condition and within the timeline of delivery. However, in rarest cases, there may be a delay in delivery or loss/ damage to products for reasons not attributable to us. We shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including a shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, defaults attributable to the shipping or courier company or acts of God.
Typically, we do not accept orders for deliveries outside the territory of India. However, a request may be put in through email or phone call to understand if a delivery outside India could be attempted by us. CANCELALTION POLICY: Cancellatyion before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India): If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on pattithotticare@gmail.com or call us on 8056833409 (Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM to 10PM and Sunday, 10AM to 7PM) In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
